Dingwall Nickel Plated Steel Long Scale 4-String Bass Strings (45-105)

Engineered Specifically for Multi-Scale Bass Performance

Dingwall Nickel Plated Steel Long Scale 4-String Bass Strings are meticulously tested and custom-designed to maximize the performance of multi-scale and fanned-fret instruments. As the industry pioneer in multi-scale bass design, Dingwall engineered these strings from the ground up to handle the unique winding lengths and tension requirements that standard 34-inch scale bass strings simply cannot match.

Constructed with nickel-plated steel wrap wire over a high-grade hex core, this 45-105 light/medium gauge set delivers an exceptionally balanced response across the entire fingerboard. You get warm, musical high frequencies, a articulate mid-range punch, and a rock-solid, tight low end that cuts through any live or studio mix with clarity.

Whether you are stringing up a Dingwall Combustion, D-Roc, ABZ, or another multi-scale 4-string bass, these strings provide even tension across all four strings for smooth playability and superior intonation.

Note: All Dingwall 4-string production basses ship from the factory equipped with Dingwall Nickel Strings as standard.
