Hand-selected by our team during a factory trip to the PRS Private Stock vault in Annapolis, Maryland, this instrument showcases the outer limits of American lutherie, featuring an extremely rare, highly figured Pale Moon Ebony top over a lightweight semi-hollow African Ribbon Mahogany body.

As part of the prestigious PRS Private Stock program—the ultimate peak of materials, craftsmanship, and custom tailoring in the guitar world—this build was crafted with specific finish refinements for maximum playability. The semi-hollow body and headstock feature a radiant high-gloss finish to highlight the dramatic black-and-cream marbling of the Pale Moon Ebony, while the back of the mahogany neck is treated with a silky satin finish for an ultra-fast, non-sticky tactile response.

Sonically, this instrument combines the acoustic openness of a bound F-hole semi-hollow construction with the revered voice of David Grissom's signature DGT humbuckers. Designed around vintage PAF characteristics with enhanced clarity, the pickups are wired to dual volume controls, a master tone with a push/pull coil-tap, and a 3-way toggle switch—delivering everything from thick, singing blues drive to articulate, glassy single-coil tones.
