Silent Hot-Swaps and Uncompromising High-Definition Clarity
The Guitar Sanctuary is proud to offer the Mogami Gold Instrument Silent R-10 10-foot cable. Engineered for gigging musicians, studio engineers, and tone enthusiasts who demand absolute signal purity without mechanical noise, this cable features a right-angle Neutrik® SilentPlug that eliminates the ear-splitting pops and squeals associated with swapping instruments under full power.
Constructed around legendary Mogami 2524 high-definition cable stock, the Gold Silent R-10 utilizes an Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) core paired with a conductive polymer sub-shield and carbon-impregnated PVC layer. This multi-stage shielding framework completely repels handling noise, electrostatic interference, and RF hum while retaining pristine high-end shimmer and tight low-end punch through high-gain tube amplifiers, pedalboards, and digital modelers alike.
Sanctuary Expert Note: If you perform live with multiple guitars or swap between acoustic and electric setups mid-set, the Silent R-10 is an essential tool. The spring-loaded Neutrik SilentPlug grounds your signal automatically until fully seated, protecting your speakers, FOH mix, and ears during stage transitions.
