Originating from the iconic late-1980s Power Series famously associated with shred masters like Alex Skolnick, the 540PIII combines a radically sculpted reverse double-cutaway basswood body with modern Japanese precision engineering. Outfitted with an extended lower horn and reverse headstock, this guitar delivers unapologetic vintage attitude coupled with world-class playability.

Crafted at the legendary FujiGen factory in Japan, this limited-edition reissue features an ultra-fast, 5-piece Maple/Walnut Super Wizard neck measuring just 17mm thin at the 1st fret. Bound rosewood fretboard with classic white sharktooth inlays and 24 jumbo frets allow for effortless tapping, wide vibrato, and lightning-fast lead runs. For ultimate tuning integrity, the guitar comes equipped with the industry-standard Ibanez original Edge double-locking tremolo system paired with Gotoh tuning machines.

Equipped with an Infinity R neck humbucker and a punchy V8 bridge humbucker, the 540PIII covers an immense tonal spectrum.
