This limited series features Suhr's iconic carved Standard body shape, beautifully executed with a highly resonant 2-piece roasted alder core and crowned by an exquisitely figured 2-piece quilt maple top. To establish a sophisticated, ultra-modern aesthetic, Suhr intentionally omitted scraped binding on this run, creating a clean, uninterrupted edge profile that beautifully mirrors the deep, smoky hues of the Transparent Black Thin Burst gloss finish.

The plain maple neck is carved to an incredibly fast Even C Slim profile (.800"-.880") and treated with a velvety satin finish for a completely seamless, friction-free feel across the entire length of the neck. Outfitted with an agile 10”-14” compound radius maple fingerboard and heavy-duty jumbo stainless steel frets, this guitar eliminates resistance, making sweeping lines effortless and ensuring massive string-bending durability without ever fretting out.
