Crafted with a 2-piece select Alder body and paired with a tinted Maple neck featuring Suhr’s Even C Medium profile (.840"–.920"), this instrument provides an effortless played-in feel. The 9"–12" compound radius Maple fingerboard is outfitted with 22 Medium Stainless Steel frets, guaranteeing silky smooth string bends, low action, and lifetime durability without fret wear.
Noiseless Performance with Legendary Sonic Depth
In the neck and middle positions, two Suhr V60LP single-coil pickups utilize the exact magnet pattern of classic 1960s single-coils, yielding bell-like chime, sweet top-end sparkle, and muscular low-end punch. In the bridge, the Suhr SSV humbucker provides a warm, vintage-voiced output that cuts through the mix without sounding harsh or compressed.
To eliminate 60-cycle hum without compromising authentic single-coil tone, Suhr integrates their proprietary SSCII (Silent Single Coil System). The SSCII is a completely passive system requiring no batteries, keeping your clean and high-gain tones dead silent under heavy venue lighting or in sensitive studio recording environments.
