Vintage T-Style Resonance Meets High-Octane Modern Versatility
The PRS Myles Kennedy Signature Model in Antique Natural brings together classic single-cut aesthetics and cutting-edge sonic engineering. Designed in collaboration with Alter Bridge frontman and solo artist Myles Kennedy, this instrument is built around a lightweight, resonant Swamp Ash body paired with a 25.5-inch scale bolt-on Maple neck and a silky 10-inch radius Maple fingerboard.
At the core of its tone engine is a set of proprietary PRS Narrowfield MK pickups. Engineered specifically for this model, these narrow-spool humbuckers deliver the bell-like clarity and dynamic bite of a vintage single-coil with zero 60-cycle hum. Paired with a 5-way blade switch and a Push/Pull Tone control that activates a preset treble roll-off, this guitar effortlessly transitions from soaring arena rock lead lines to sweet, organic blues rhythms.
Playability is fast and stable thanks to the custom "Myles Kennedy" neck profile, 22 vintage-tall frets, a plate-style steel bridge with compensated brass saddles, and PRS vintage-style locking tuners. Finished in a high-gloss Antique Natural nitro topcoat over a natural wood grain, it includes a premium PRS Gig Bag.
Sanctuary Tone & Intent Profile
- Best For: Hard Rock, Alternative, Blues, Progressive Rock, and Live Session Work
- Tone Profile: Dynamic, articulate, and punchy with transparent single-coil bite and fat humbucking warmth
- Compared To: Custom boutique T-style builds with modern noise-canceling pickup systems
- Sanctuary Expert Note: "The Myles Kennedy Signature combines vintage T-style comfort with modern PRS precision. The Narrowfield MK pickups deliver rich, transparent single-coil chime without 60-cycle hum, while the push/pull tone knob rolls off high-end spank for a darker, humbucker-like voice."
