Preowned Jackson MJ Series Rhoads RR24MG in Black

Japanese Precision Meets Iconic Heavy Metal Heritage

The Guitar Sanctuary is proud to offer this preowned Jackson MJ Series Rhoads RR24MG in classic Gloss Black with striking gold hardware. Built in Japan as part of Jackson’s acclaimed MJ Series, this instrument continues the legendary legacy of Randy Rhoads by combining offset V-shape aesthetics with world-class Japanese craftsmanship and ultra-modern performance specs.

Constructed with a resonant alder body and a through-body 3-piece maple neck with graphite reinforcement, the RR24MG provides immense structural stability and singing acoustic sustain. The ebony fingerboard features a 12-to-16-inch compound radius with rolled edges and 24 jumbo frets, allowing for lightning-fast rhythm riffing near the nut and effortless, choke-free lead bends in the upper register. Iconic pearloid sharkfin inlays complete the classic Jackson visual identity.

Driven by the classic active pickup combination of an EMG 81 in the bridge and an EMG 85 in the neck, this Rhoads V delivers razor-sharp bite, rich harmonic saturation, and tight low-end articulation designed to slice through high-gain stage mixes. Hardware features a recessed Gotoh GE1996T double-locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh sealed die-cast tuners, delivering silky smooth whammy action and pinpoint tuning reliability.

Condition Note: This guitar is in Excellent Condition. It shows minimal signs of play wear throughout, with the only notable cosmetic flaw being one small ding on the front face of the body. The frets, neck, electronics, and hardware are all in outstanding working order. Includes the original Jackson foam core hardshell case.
