The Mesa/Boogie Mark V 90-Watt Head represents the culmination of over 40 years of Randall Smith’s iconic Mark Series circuit evolution. Housing three fully independent channels with nine distinct mode voicings, the Mark V delivers the legendary clean, crunch, and high-gain tones of the Mark I, Mark II-C+, and Mark IV alongside modern high-gain architectures in a single, tour-grade chassis.
Powered by a four-6L6 tube power section utilizing Mesa’s patented Simul-Class™ Power (Multi-Watt™ Patent 7,602,927), each channel can be independently assigned to 10 Watts (Class A Triode), 45 Watts (Class A/B Pentode), or 90 Watts (Simul-Class blending Class A and Class A/B). Combined with Mesa's iconic 5-Band Graphic EQ, assignable preset depth, all-tube long-spring reverb, and a tube-buffered effects loop, the Mark V provides absolute tonal authority for home studios, recording sessions, and live stages.
