Handcrafted Traditional Artistry with Piercing Bluegrass Projection
The Guitar Sanctuary is proud to offer the Eastman MD515 F-Style Mandolin in the striking Classic Sunburst finish. Individually hand-carved and handcrafted by master artisans, the MD515 pays homage to golden-era acoustic craftsmanship while offering modern playability for bluegrass pickers, folk performers, and acoustic enthusiasts alike.
Constructed with a solid carved Spruce top paired with solid carved Maple back and sides, this instrument produces a clean, cutting chop with exceptional headroom and dynamic balance. Its high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish allows the premium tonewoods to vibrate freely, enhancing projection, tonal depth, and acoustic warmth that will only continue to open up and improve with age.
