Handcrafted in Los Angeles, California by Sascha Dunable and his team for Monolord's tone architect, Thomas Jäger, this short-scale signature model is a straightforward, blacked-out weapon designed for heavy-looming fuzz, doom, and low-tuned riffing.
Inspired by vintage 1960s backward-offset shapes, the Gnarwhal pairs an aggressive aesthetic footprint with a comfortable carved top and effortless upper-fret access. Built on a raw, resonant charred swamp ash body with a sleek ebony fingerboard, this guitar is stripped of all non-essentials to maximize resonance, sustain, and raw output.
