A collaboration over a decade in the making. The Luke Bryan Signature Touchstone is a memoir carved in wood, designed to bring the "homegrown" sound of Luke’s personal Bourgeois guitars to players everywhere. Combining the legendary voicing techniques of Dana Bourgeois with the incredible hand-carving efficiency of the Touchstone series, this limited-edition Slope D is built for the stage, the porch, and the songwriter’s stool.

The SDLB/TS-LE is a short-scale Slope Shouldered Dreadnought, the specific platform Luke Bryan has relied on for years. The heart of the instrument is a Torrefied Alaskan Sitka Spruce top, which has been meticulously hand-voiced and tap-tuned in Bourgeois’ Lewiston, Maine workshop. This thermal curing process, combined with Dana’s proprietary bracing patterns, ensures that every Touchstone guitar possesses the "Bourgeois Sound"—clarity, balance, and immediate resonance.

The back and sides are crafted from Eastern Black Walnut, a tonewood prized for its punchy, transparent midrange and earthy "growl." This isn't a bright or sterile instrument; it is a warm, nuanced storyteller that responds as well to a heavy flatpick as it does to delicate fingerstyle.

Unique signature appointments set this model apart, including an exclusive Antler fingerboard and headstock inlay—a nod to Luke’s lifelong passion for the outdoors. With a distinctive sunburst finish and a shorter 25” scale length for improved playability and "slinky" string feel, the SDLB/TS-LE is a rare convergence of place, story, and craft.
