We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 10am until 6pm CDT.
We process and ship most any order placed before 3pm CDT Tuesday through Saturday the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Saturday-Monday will ship the following Tuesday.
Due to dealer agreements with our various manufacturers, and policies regarding the international shipment of certain species of woods used commonly in guitars, For new products we will ONLY ship to delivery addresses within the United States.
Most pedals are shipped via Priority Mail, Most Guitars and Amplifiers (depending on the size) are shipped via UPS Ground (Signature Required). Other shipping methods are available, Please contact prior to placing your order for shipping cost quotations to your delivery address.
