Karina Ramirez - Vocal Instructor

Karina Ramirez was introduced to us by Iveth Luna, former instructor at The Guitar Sanctuary Performance Academy, in the Spring of 2020. We were looking for an additional instructor who could help us with contemporary vocal styles along with guitar and ukulele instruction. After meeting Karina, it was clear to us she would be a great addition to our staff. She joined our Performance Academy in the Summer of 2020.

Karina grew up in a musical family. Her father was a Worship leader and she aspired to follow in his footsteps. Karina started singing on stage at the age of 6 and through the years taught herself to play guitar, ukulele, and piano. She leads Worship in both the Spanish and English services at Christ Fellowship McKinney with Will & Crystal Yates. Karina currently attends North Texas University working on a degree in Education.

 

 

Karina’s teaching environment is informative, motivating, and fun. She works well with students ages 10 to 17. Karina offers lessons in English and Spanish. Her specialty is beginning to intermediate voice and beginning guitar and ukulele.
